The first Kids Athletics Championship organized by the District Athletics Association will be organized today, May 16, 2023 at 9.00 am at Amarnath Vidya Ashram’s sports ground, by starting the 80 meters race for the players aged 10 years by the District Sports Officer, Mathura Mr. Rakesh Kumar Yadav. was launched. In this race, Tejas Tiwari won gold, Sachin won silver, and Abhishek Kumar won bronze medal.
Avni won gold, Riya won silver and Khushi won bronze medal in 80 meters race for girls under 10 years age group. Jai Kumar won gold medal, Saransh Gautam won silver medal and Jatin won bronze medal in Under 8 years boys 40 meter hurdles. In the same age group, Vanshika won gold medal, Riya Baghel won silver medal and Sadhna won bronze medal in 40 meter hurdles for girls. Ishant Upadhyay won the gold medal, Surya won the silver medal and Chitrans won the bronze medal in the under-8 age group of boys in javelin throw. Ichha Rawat won gold medal, Sadhna Sharma won silver medal and Arna Tiwari won bronze medal in javelin throw for girls of the same age group.
Surya Chaudhary won gold, Arya won silver and Yuvraj Singh won bronze medal in 50 meter race for boys under 8 age group, Angel Singh won gold medal, Priyanshi Tiwari won silver medal and Parineeta Tiwari in 50 meter race for girls of the same age group. Won Bronze Medal. Tejas Tiwari won gold, Fact won silver and Krishna Rai won bronze in the 10-year-old boys’ javelin throw. In discus throw for boys of 10 years age, Bhavishya Singh Kaunte won gold medal, Himank Singh Kaunte won silver medal and Vivek won bronze medal. In the same age group of girls, Aditi Sharma won gold, Khushi won silver medal and Manya won bronze medal.
Sachin won gold medal, Himank Singh won silver medal and Virat won bronze medal in broad jump of boys in 10 years age group. In the same age group of girls, Avni won gold medal, Avni won silver and Neha Tomar won bronze medal.
Luv Kush won gold medal, Saksham Singh won silver medal and Navneet Singh won bronze medal in discus throw for boys of 12 years age. In the same age group of girls, Garima Singh won gold medal, Rakshita won silver medal and Katyayani won bronze medal. Gulsan won gold medal, Navneet won silver medal and Saksham Singh won bronze medal in boys’ 12 years long jump. Nikki won the gold medal, Chanchal the silver medal and Tanishka the bronze medal in the same age group long for girls.
Lavkush won the gold medal, Gulshan won the silver medal and Sahil won the bronze medal in the boys’ 12-year-old javelin throw competition. Tanisha won gold medal, Swanti won silver medal and Khushi won bronze medal in girls’ javelin throw competition of the same age group. In boys 12 years age group, Abhay won gold medal, Jitu won silver medal and Sagar won bronze medal in 80 meter race, Nikki won gold medal, Chanchal won silver medal and Pooja won bronze medal in 80 meter race for girls.
About 500 kids players of the district participated in this competition. Chief guest of prize distribution was former District Sports Officer, Mathura Mr. Ramesh Chandra Pal. Comrade Shiv Dutt, Vice President of District Athletics Association Mr. Sanjay Pathak and Mr. Vijay Singh Verma, Mr. Sunil Kumar Srivastava and Mr. Haresh Gautam came as special guests.
