The event was sponsored by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.Award was given to her for her outstanding contribution in promotion of different Green practices in corporate like Green HRM, Green Marketing, Green Supply Chain Management, CSR and SDGs. Conference Theme was ‘Heart Centric Organization and Mind Centric Performance’.VBFT team members demonstrated a significant contribution on different projects like Women Empowerment, Sports Promotion & skill development. Many Corporate people were awarded in conference for their best contribution. Mr. Sudhansu Mani, designer of the Vande Bharat Express train, Swami Chidrupananda of Chinmay Mission, Mr. Pradeep Mohanty, well known industrialists were presented the Heart Centric awards. Dr. Aquil Busrai, CEO, Aquil Busrai Consulting, received the Iconic HR Leader and Mentor award.Mr. Ranjan Mohapatra, former HR Director, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Mr. V.M.
