67th National School Karate Competition was organized from 16th December to 19th December at Chhatrasal Stadium, Delhi in which karate players of Guru Nanak Dev Karate Academy of Mathura district and World Modern Sotokan Karate Federation – Branch Mathura Karan Kumar won Under-17 / – Received gold medal in 62 kg weight category.
On winning the medal, the player was congratulated by Shri Jaspal Singh ji, General Secretary of Karate Association of Uttar Pradesh, along with Secretary of District Sports Committee – Dr. Padam Singh Kauntey ji and Karate Association of Uttar Pradesh.
Patron of Mathura – Shri Arvind Chittodia ji General Secretary – Prempal Singh ji and Vice President – Rajendra Singh ji Treasurer – Arjun Singh ji Members – Anek Babu, Shubham Verma, Sumit Kumar, Mohit Kumar etc. congratulated the player.
According to media in-charge Ved Prakash Pandey, this is a very happy news for us because the way the student has won a medal in the sports game, it encourages other players too.
