Hrithik won the best actor award, Alia won the best actress award.The 23rd edition of the International Indian Film Academy Awards, which ran for two days at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, ended on Saturday with a beautiful star-studded evening, this time the film Brahmastra Part One Shiva won the most awards in various categories.
There was a lot of applause on the entry of Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan in the packed stadium with about 20000 spectators. Abhishek Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal took over the responsibility of hosting the show. Rakul Preet Singh, Kriti Sanon, Jacqueline Fernandes, Nora Fatehi, Salman Khan’s performance tied the show.
The Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema award was presented to actor Kamal Haasan by noted music composer AR Rahman, Hrithik Roshan was presented with the Best Actor award for the film Vikram Veda, while Alia Bhatt won the Best Actress award for Gangubai Kathiawadi.
