5th Open School District Olympic Karate Championship 2023 was organized in the playground of Mount Hill Academy Senior Secondary School on Saturday 14/01/2023 in which players from various schools and academy participated and performed strongly. In which – General Secretary of District Olympic Association – Mahendra Rajput and Chairman of Karate Association of Mathura – Arvind Chittodia and Principal of Mount Hill Academy – Dipesh Chowdhary and Deputy Principal – Devendra Bhardwaj and teachers – Vinay and Shyam were present as chief guests.
Karate Association of Agra General Secretary – Pushpendra Yadav, Treasurer – Jaiveer, Style Chief of World Model Sotokan Branch Firozabad – Rahul and Organizing Secretary – Manoj Patel and General Secretary of District Karate Association Mathura Prempal Singh, Vice President Rajendra Singh Treasurer – Arjun Singh and members Anek Babu, Shubham Verma, and coaches – Sumit, Sonu, Mohit Kumar, Doli, Lovely Sharma etc were present. Kendriya Vidyalaya Bad, Army Public School Mathura Cantt, Shreeji Baba Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Romex International School, Chandanvan Public School, Guru Nanak Dev Public School, Mount Hill Academy Senior Secondary School, Jindal Public School, Gurukulam Public School, Bajrang Public School participated in the said competition.
Karate players from school and RCS Girls Degree College participated. The overall champion title was won by Mount Hill Academy Senior Secondary School, while the Run Billion title was won by Guru Nanak Dev Public School.
