One day self defense camp concluded at Chandanvan Public School Special:-

District:- A one-day karate camp was organized at Chandanvan Public School, Mathura. A total of more than 30 Karate players took part in the camp. Captain Sumit Kumar Mishra, director of Chandanvan Public School, made the players health conscious and also advised them to stay mentally strong by keeping oneself away from devices like mobiles in the modern era.
According to the captain, only a healthy citizen builds a healthy society. In today’s time, due to increasing diseases like obesity among the youth, conditions like insomnia and lethargy are being created, so the players including the public should do their physical exercises for 1 hour out of 24 hours of the day. It is also very important to remove for So that one can lead a healthy and profitable life. The camp was conducted under the leadership of Chandraveer Singh, President of Fighter Academy of Martial Arts and Secretary Sonu Nishad.
According to Secretary Sonu Nishad, an inter-district level karate competition is scheduled to be organized at Chandanvan Public School on 29th July, for which the players were trained vigorously. According to President Chandraveer Singh, through this camp, the players took advice to be aware of their health and also understood the latest and cutting-edge techniques to win the competitions. Among the players present in the camp are Nutan Pal, Taru Chaudhary, Shivani Verma, Radhika Yadav, Anjali Sharma, Sapna Solanki, Lavanya Saxena, Ayushi Saxena, Gaurav Chaudhary, Deepak Verma, Akash Chaudhary, Aman Chaudhary, Rajiv Soni, Prabhat Kumar, Sonu Singh, Vineet Kumar, Akash Verma, Aditya Sanwal, Divya Rawat, Prince etc. were included, the Principal of the school, Mrs. Sunita Singh Nowwar wished the players bright future and gave many congratulatory messages.
