Today, on March 20, 2024, the district level Shri Maharaj Singh District Hockey League 2024 was concluded with the third day’s match at the sports ground of KR PG College, Mathura. Today’s chief guest Yadram Baghel, IOC Manager and Professor Praveen Kumar Agarwal, Principal of KR PG College, Mathura, started the match by introducing him in a friendly match between Agra Veteran Hockey and Mathura Veteran Hockey.
The first match was played between Arcadian Public School and Sanveda Samadhan Sahakar. In which Sambandha Samadhan Sahakar won 2-1, the second match was played between Salempur Hockey Army and Vrindavan Public School. In which Salempur Hockey Army won 3-2, the third match was played between Baldev Public School and Shri Akrur Rath Yatra Mahotsav Trust. In which Akrur Rath Yatra Mahotsav Trust won by 4-1, the fourth match was played between Smt. Anguri Devi Public School and Veteran Hockey in which Veteran Hockey won by 3-0, the fifth match was played between Samvedna Samadhan Sahakar and Shree Akrur Rath Yatra Mahotsav Trust which ended in a 1-1 draw, the sixth match was played between Arcadian Public School and Baldev Public School in which Baldev Public School won 3-1.
The last match of the day was played between Salempur Hockey and Shri Akrur Rath Yatra Mahotsav Trust. In which Salempur Hockey Army won 2-0. In the third phase today, principals of various schools were honored. In which our chief guests were Mr. Yashpal Government Inter College, Ading, Dr. Kamal Gaur, Mr. Radha Vihari Inter College, Barsana, Dr. Vijay Krishna Gandhi Inter College, Mr. Suresh Chandra Tomar Chaudhary Charan, Braj Khand Inter College, Bathin, Mr. Ajay Saraswat Seth V.N. Pauddar, Dr. Sita Ram Sharma Symbiosis School for Excellence, Mrs. Aradhana Verma Chameli Devi Girls Inter College, Shri Rishipal Singh National Inter College Raya, Shri Nikhil Agarwal Jain Inter College Mathura, Deepesh Kumar Mount Hill Academy, Shri Pawan Chaudhary Kanha Makhan Township, Shri Shyam Pandey Shri Parameshwari Devi Dhanuka Vrindavan, Shri Subhash Saini, Bureau Chief Brajwasi Express Newspaper, Shri Surendra Rajput Baldev Public School. Rahul Kuntal, Devesh Yadav, Pradeep Kuntal, Preeti Chaudhary, Sarvesh Solanki, Himanshu Mehra, Dr. Padam Singh Kauntey, Rakesh Sharma, Y.P. Sharma played the role of judges.
Finally a friendly match was played between Veteran Hockey Mathura and Veteran Hockey Agra in which Dr. Padam Singh Kauntey, Mr. Mahendra Rajput, Sarvesh Solanki, Dr. Dalveer Singh Kauntey Sonu Jana, Rakesh Sharma, Dr. Shankar Yadav, Rajeev Sohi, Amitabh Gautam, Ajay Performed commendably. Agra Hockey Veteran and Sukh Jeevan Hockey Academy Agra assured every possible effort to promote the game of hockey in Mathura.
Kushagra Kuntal of Maharaja Group felicitated the Chief Guest of IOC by presenting him a memento. CP Saraswat, Patiram Holkar, Surendra Sharma Hardev Singh from Fitness Empire, Pushpendra Singh from Love Wings, Kulwinder Singh Bagga, Principal of KR TT, Nitin Sharma, Dr. Sonu Jana, Dr. Praveen Pal, Shivdutt Chaturvedi, Harshvardhan Chaturvedi, Dr. Vijay Anand, Dr. Shiv Kumar, District Kabaddi Association Secretary Sunil Srivastava, Lokesh Gautam, Harish Gautam, Prashant, Mohit, Bulbul, Neha, Simran were present.
