14th Uttar Pradesh Athletics Day was celebrated in Meerut on 03/06/2023 in which Dr. Dalveer Singh, a resident of Mathura, who is currently in-charge of the Department of Physical Education in KR Degree College, Mathura, was awarded Rs.25,000 by the Uttar Pradesh Athletics Association. Awarded the title of Best Official by giving a check amount.
District Athletics Association Mathura Secretary Jai Singh said that Dr. Dalveer Singh has won the Youth Commonwealth Games 2008 Pune, SAIF Games 2010, SAIF Games 2014 and 2015 Delhi, World Army Game Hyderwad, Lusofonia Game 2014 and Khelo India Games 2018, 2020, and Panchkula in 2023. Played the role of Afi Siyal in the Khelo India University Games, apart from this, he has played the role of judge in about forty athletics championships at the international level.
Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Vishwavidyalaya has secured first position in level one exam of World Athletics. He has played the role of observer and selector in various sports committees. Dr. Dalveer Singh Kauntey studied Physical Education and PhD from National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior Has secured first position in Diploma Course in Athletics from Netaji Subhash Chandra National Institute of Sports, Patiala. Dr. Dalveer Singh has the distinction of being the best student from this institute. On all these achievements of Dr. Dalveer Singh, who has played his role as guest teachers in various examinations of UP Athletics and Athletics Federation of India, Dr. Praveen Kumar Agarwal Principal KR Degree College, Anil Kumar Bajpai President District Athletics Association Sanjay Pathak Vice President District Athletics Association Dr. Kulwinder Singh Bagga Mahendra Singh Rajput Secretary Olympic Association, Sunil Kumar Srivastava Haresh Kumar Diet Principal, Dr. Padam Singh Kaunteya Co-Secretary District Athletics Association, Kavita Saxena, Sarvesh Singh Solanki Hardev Singh Nitin Sharma etc. have expressed happiness over their achievements.
