I am Ved Prakash Pandey, the chief guest of the program through District Wrestling Association, Mr. Brijbhushan Sharan Singh, who is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party from Kaisarganj for the 16th Lok Sabha, as well as currently the President of the Indian Wrestling Association and the Vice President of the Asia Wrestling Association. Guest Sir, I welcome you on behalf of the entire Brajwasi and District Wrestling Association.

Also, my heartfelt gratitude and respect to all the audience present in the auditorium, including all the office bearers sitting on the stage.

I want to inform all of you that Shri Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, a multi-talented Lok Sabha MP, is playing a major role not only in sports but also in the promotion of education, honorable MPs to more than 50 educational institutions and sports venues. Sir’s blessings are received.

District Wrestling Association Mathura is making continuous efforts for the wrestlers of Braj and is doing commendable work in the field of wrestling for the past several years. Recognized internationally…

I would like to draw the attention of the honorable guest sir and would like to tell that there have been more than one wrestler from the soil of Braj, including Arjuna Award winning wrestler Late Shri Mukhtar Singh ji, Late Mohan Pehelwan and many Braj Kesari, UP Kesari, Bharat Kesari such as Umesh Pahalwan, Hariom Pahalwan, Hanuman Pahalwan, Shivale Chaturvedi, Murari Pahalwan, Pushpendra Pahalwan and so on. Hind Kesari has also happened.

Along with clay, in mat wrestling too, young wrestlers of Braj including girl wrestlers have also raised their flag at national and international level.
Recently, Braj’s girl wrestler Archana Chaudhary has got the credit of being the youngest girl wrestler by getting third place in the senior national competition held at your own Nandini Nagar Gonda University.

I want to inform the honorable guest sir that world champion Neelam wrestler of Braj who has won medals in international competitions many times, in this sequence Chanchal Sirohi who is junior category national medalist Laxmi Pandey got third place in Khelo India Kolhapur , as well as Pooja Sharma who has got gold medal in Junior National and Swati, Jivisha, Payal, Geetanjali, Kavya Chaudhary, all these girls have raised the flag of Braj at the state level. National medal winner Archana is present in this auditorium at this time, I urge that Archana should come on stage and get the blessings of honorable guest along with all the spectators.

May they be marching towards success in the future.
