On Sunday, 10/03/2024, the Annual General Meeting of Sonitpur District Karate Academy was held at Shi Rider Karate Academy Bihguri under the supervision of Assam Karate Association Mr. Robin Saikia. The new committee of Sonitpur District Karate Association was constituted in the meeting chaired by permanent president Mr. Jiten Borthaku. Mr. Jiten Bor Thakur Devak has been re-nominated as the President of the new committee, Mr. Prabodh Deka as Acting President, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chaw, Mr. Dipen Saikia, Mr. Diganta Das, Mr. Mahanand Sharma, Mr. Bedabrata Bora, Mr. Ronen Sharma. Mr. Tileshwar Deka, Mr. Tanmay Nath, Mr. Bhupen Bora, Mr. Manjit Saikia, Mr. Bipul Nath as Assistant Secretaries, Mr. Laksh Vijay Saikia, Mr. Hirak Jyoti Patangia and Manoj Nath have been nominated as Treasurers. In today’s meeting, Mr. Montu Hazarika, Mr. Ananta Bordoloi, Mr. Rajib Hazarika, Mr. Dhanti Das, Mr. Sonu Kapoor, Mr. Arup Jyoti Nath, Mr. Shailendra Barak were unanimously elected. The 22 member committee of Sonitpur district seeks the support and cooperation of all of you in the coming days.
